Where You'll Stay

This stage takes you through some of the most characterful stretches of the Camino Le Puy. You will find yourself in family-run hotels and guesthouses, each with en-suite rooms and an atmosphere that comes naturally when most guests around you are on the same journey. Given the logistics of booking seven nights in sequence, walking days may occasionally be slightly shortened or lengthened to ensure all the accommodation lines up. Where alternative accommodation is substituted for those listed, it will always be of equivalent quality.

Single Rooms

If you are travelling with others but would prefer a single room, we recommend booking as early as possible. Availability can be limited on this popular route and a single occupancy fee applies.

What You'll Eat

Each of the seven mornings begins with breakfast at your accommodation, setting you up well before you head out on the day's route. Along the route, lunch is best picked up locally, with good cheese, cured meats and a variety of breads easy to find at villages and stops along the way. Many properties on this stage have their own restaurants drawing on the regional food of this part of France, and dinner can be arranged as a supplement each evening for those who would like the meal taken care of.

Note: Please advise us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. If you have severe allergies, bringing some of your own snacks is recommended, as specialist ingredients can be harder to source along the way.
