Itinerary

Day 1

KATOOMBA16 km

Start at Katoomba any time after 2 pm. There is no walking scheduled for today, but you can easily spend a few hours walking the well-marked cliff tracks or exploring the main street of Katoomba with its many boutique shops. Or if you get there early enough, there is an optional Blue Mountains hike provided to the Ruined Castle. (Please note: Scenic Railway tickets not included).

What You'll Eat

The Blue Mountains have a well-earned reputation for excellent dining, with restaurants attracting some of the country's best chefs and award-winning Hunter Valley wines readily available. A cooked breakfast is included each morning, followed by a substantial packed lunch enjoyed at a memorable spot on the track. Dinners are yours to explore independently from the many excellent restaurants nearby. Ask your hosts or the Stroll team for their recommendations.
